"Vertical Green" Residential Complex

Client's Challenge

The developer needed a compelling visual presentation for investors and potential buyers from the project phase, before construction began. It was essential to highlight the unique concept of vertical gardens and private terraces.

Process and Solution

We created detailed 3D models starting from the architectural plans. We simulated specific materials (tile, glass, metal panels) and configured daytime and twilight lighting to highlight the volumetry. Vegetation textures were custom-created to render the authenticity of the gardens.

Results and Impact

The set of 12 high-resolution images was used in the pre-sales campaign, digital catalogs, and on-site advertising boards. The materials contributed to the sale of over 70% of the units before the structure was completed.
