Star Imager is a visual production studio specialized in creating high-resolution 3D renderings for real estate and industrial projects. Our services include transforming technical sketches into photorealistic images intended for marketing presentations and product catalogs.
Client's Obligations: The Client is responsible for providing all base materials (plans, sketches, specifications) that are complete, accurate, and in the requested format. Any delay or error in the provided materials may affect delivery deadlines.
Star Imager's Obligations: We commit to performing the ordered services professionally, according to the approved specifications, and within the mutually agreed timeframe. We reserve the right to refuse projects involving prohibited content (e.g., astronomy, medicine, children, religion).
All copyrights to the 3D renderings, digital models, and other final products created by Star Imager remain our property until the invoice is paid in full. After full settlement, the usage rights for the purpose specified in the order are transferred to the client. The source materials provided by the client remain their property.
Star Imager is not liable for indirect, consequential, or commercial losses or damages resulting from the use of the services or final products. Our liability is limited to the value of the respective order. The Client acknowledges that 3D renderings are artistic representations and may present minor variations from the final reality of the project.
Prices are established in the quote and are valid for the approved specifications. Any change requested by the client after the approval of sketches may involve additional costs and modification of the delivery deadline. Payment terms are specified on the invoice.
Star Imager reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of them. Either party may terminate the collaboration in writing, subject to existing financial obligations.
